- Your blog should be active (meaning a blog with current posts. Any blog whose recent post is older than one month will not be considered at this time).
- You agree for your name and/or blog link to be showcased on this blog for at least a week. This means FREE promotion of your blog links right here...exciting huh?
- There will be a Featured Follower! Award badge for each month (scroll down for current month's award). Acceptance of the badge is purely voluntary, but if you do decide to claim it/display it on your blogs, please link it back to this blog so your friends know where it came from. (Note: If your award doesn't animate after saving, let me know and I'll give you the animation code.)
- I reserve the right to amend/delete blog links and to suspend/terminate this award at my sole discretion.
oh! thank you for this. altho i started blogging for a very odd reason, it has given me a lot of good things and boost my self esteem and things like this made me more happier each day.

These gifts are just small tokens of my affection and gratitude. My greatest joy comes from giving back to my readers and although I ask for nothing in return, my reward is when I can evoke a smile.
My Executive Assistant is very clever and creative. She enjoys the challenges of designing my blog and ensuring everything is running smoothly. She deserves a lot more credit than I give her, but she doesn't like to be in the limelight like me (smile). She prefers to work behind the scenes. I am very fortunate and extremely grateful to have her by my side...I'd be completely lost without her.
